From the time you visit our office in Lavonia, GA, we will cater to allyour dental needs. We provide you with a one on one meeting with Dr. Callahan before your appointment begins. Prior to this pre-clinical meeting with the Doctor, you will need to complete a comprehensive medical and dental history. These forms are important in helping us determine the course of treatment, and letting us know about any allergies, sensitivity to anesthetics, long-term medications, health problems that you may have.
